Fusion Beads help make festive Christmas tree ornaments.I have found three ornaments that are very simple to create.Even your preschoolers can master these projects.In no time, you and your family will have beautiful, colorful handmade ornaments for your Christmas tree.Seed Bead Ball Ornaments.Items Needed..Ball-shaped, plain glass ornament.Paintbrush with wide brush end.Seed beads made by Fusion Beads.Large, wide mixing bowl.String for hanging or ornament hanging clips.White crafting glue (use school glue for younger children).Directions..1.Put your beads into the bowl.Use several bowls to separate beads by color, size, shape or style.2.Holding the ornament by the hanging piece, pour glue onto ornament.Use paintbrush to spread an even coat of glue all around ornament.3.Roll ornament all around in the fusion beads.They will stick to the glue on the ornament.Use your fingers to place beads into any empty spots.4.Put hanging clip on ornament.Or, if using string, run through the hanging piece.5.Hang ornament up where it can dry safely.Other Simple Fusion Beads Ornaments.Items Needed..Fusion Beads.Gold tinsel pipe cleaners.Scissors (for cutting ribbon).String for hanging ornament.Small bows or thin ribbons to tie your own bows.Directions for Fusion Bead Candy Cane Ornament.1.String beads onto pipe cleaner.For a Christmas candy cane look, string two red, two white, two red, two white, etc.Until there are 34 beads in total.2.Bend ends of pipe cleaner over last bead and under second to last bead to stop beads from falling off.3.Twist it into the shape of a candy cane.4.Loop string through back of bow.(You can use a pipe cleaner to push string through.) 5.Tie string into a knot.6.Tie bow onto top of candy cane.Directions for Fusion Bead Wreath Ornament.1.String beads onto pipe cleaner until there are 50 beads in total.2.Twist it into a circle.3.Push one end of pipe cleaner into the last bead and twist ends around each other to keep the circle in place.4.Loop string through back of bow.(You can use a pipe cleaner to push string through.) 5.Tie string into a knot.6.Tie bow onto top of candy cane.Have Fun!Be creative making your handmade Christmas tree ornaments.Experiment with different shapes to create even more unique ornaments.Let your imagination take over.Most importantly, have fun!
